Driving modes—EV

Cruise in electric-only mode and enjoy the effortless torque of the 75 kW (102 hp) electric motor.

Driving modes—Hybrid/Sport

Automatically choosing the ideal[1] power source based on speed and performance demand, Hybrid mode is ideal for longer trips. Sport mode calls on the all-out performance of the electric and combustion engines together.

Driving modes—Battery hold mode

Favoring gas operation helps maintain battery charge for when you need it.

240-volt charging

Charging the A3 Sportback e-tron® from a 240-volt outlet replenishes your battery in as little as 2 hours and 15 minutes.[4] When 240-volt charging is not available, a 120-volt power outlet, commonly found in homes and businesses, can recharge the A3 Sportback e-tron® in approximately 8 hours.[2]

Audi e-tron® wall-mounted cabinet[5]

The Audi e-tron® charging system can also be paired with an available wall-mounted cabinet for a truly elegant, home charging station. When you’re on-the-go you can take your mobile charging unit with you and use it wherever there’s an available outlet.
