S tronic® dual-clutch automatic

A6 2.0T models with front-wheel drive feature the S tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission. Featuring twin clutches, gear changes are executed in just a few hundredths of a second. A sport program and manual shift mode allow you to select gears via shift paddles behind the steering wheel.

Available eight-speed Tiptronic® automatic transmission (with quattro® all-wheel drive)

Engineered to work with the quattro® all-wheel drive system on the A6 2.0T and 3.0T models, the Tiptronic® automatic transmission uses eight forward gears for quick response and smooth, fluid acceleration.

Available dynamic steering

Available on the Audi S6, dynamic steering offers a variable ratio that can adjust according to vehicle speeds and Audi drive select mode. By changing the steering ratio, dynamic steering can help improve straight-line stability at highway speeds and improve steering precision through the corners.
