2018 Audi A6 quattro®

The forecast calls for enhanced traction.
The forecast calls for enhanced traction.
Be sure to pack your quattro®. For over three decades we’ve looked at adhesion differently. We believed that four driven wheels distributing power intelligently could benefit performance and enhance traction compared to two. And we haven’t stopped developing our quattro® all-wheel drive systems or making them more effective.

Available quattro® all-wheel drive

In the Audi A6, the available quattro all-wheel drive system maintains a 40:60 front-to-rear torque distribution ratio for dynamic handling and performance. An advanced self-locking center differential can further help to maintain control and optimize performance by sending as much as 70 percent of power to the front wheels or 85 percent to the rear wheels.

Torque vectoring

To help enhance directional stability around corners, the torque vectoring system slows the inside cornering wheels by applying minimal, selective braking pulses.[1]

Available Competition package

Leading the field comes naturally to you. The A6 3.0T Competition package makes that easier with a quattro® sport differential and a suspension system calibrated for more control. Audi Sport® 20" 5-double-spoke design wheels with Titanium-matte finish and Red brake calipers make a strong visual statement. Inside, S Sport seats with diamond contrast stitching and Valcona leather support you through the turns.[1]

2018 Audi S6 quattro®

The heights of performance are grounded in adhesion.
It takes teamwork to transfer the twin-turbo power of the Audi S6. quattro® all-wheel drive delegates those duties to four wheels instead of two. When the system senses a loss of traction, quattro® can redirect power to the axle with the most traction. A benefit you can feel whether it’s wet or dry.

Available quattro® sport differential

For the highest level of performance, the Audi S6 is available with a quattro® sport differential. By mechanically shifting torque to the outside rear cornering wheel, the sport differential helps induce a turning dynamic as the vehicle rounds a corner.

Available S Sport package

The S Sport package features the quick-thinking quattro® sport differential that can direct torque to the individual rear wheels and the adaptive response of dynamic steering. Red brake calipers add a touch of distinction and a sport exhaust system with Black tips deepens the performance soundtrack.
