2018 Audi A7 quattro®

Imposing our vision on the asphalt.
For over three decades, we’ve looked at adhesion differently. We believed that four driven wheels distributing power intelligently could benefit performance and enhance traction. And we haven’t stopped developing our quattro® all-wheel drive systems or making them more effective.

Standard quattro® all-wheel drive

Under most conditions, the quattro® all-wheel drive system’s torque distribution ratio is 40:60 front-to-rear for dynamic handling and performance. A sophisticated self-locking center differential can send as much as 70 percent of power to the front wheels or 85 percent to the rear wheels to help maintain control and optimize performance.

Torque vectoring

To help enhance directional stability around corners, the torque vectoring system slows the inside cornering wheels by applying minimal, selective braking pulses.[1]
On track to make rapid progress.

Competition package

Leading the field comes naturally to you. The available Competition package makes that easier with quattro® sport rear differential and a suspension system calibrated for more control. Audi Sport® 20" 5-double-spoke design wheels with Titanium-matte finish and red brake calipers make a strong visual statement. Inside, S Sport seats with diamond contrast stitching and Valcona leather helps support you through the turns.[1]
2018 Audi S7 quattro®
Objects in your mirrors are slow, then disappear.
Now you see them, but soon you won’t. quattro® all-wheel drive traction can sense wheel slip and distribute power to the axle with more traction. That’s helpful when surfaces are less than ideal—and even more helpful to control the 450 hp under your right foot.[1]

Available quattro® sport differential

To help improve handling performance, an available quattro® sport differential mechanically shifts torque to the outside rear cornering wheel to induce a turning dynamic as the vehicle rounds a corner.[1]
Available S Sport package
To reach the highest echelon of Audi S7 performance, the available S Sport package features a host of upgrades to extend its envelope. The quattro® rear sport differential can improve handling by shifting torque distribution to the outside rear wheel to help you through the corners. Dynamic steering can adapt the steering ratio for quicker response, and a sport exhaust system adds deeper tones to the soundtrack. The finishing touches are red front and rear brake calipers.
