MAKE A FAVORABLE IMPRESSION ON THE ASPHALT.
Four driven wheels, a self-locking center differential and a quattro® sport rear differential all work together for renowned all-wheel drive performance. quattro® all-wheel drive distributes power to wheels with the most traction to help the Audi RS 5 maintain its hold of the road.

quattro® all-wheel drive
The quattro® all-wheel drive system in the Audi RS 5 is engineered to distribute 40% of its power to the front wheels and 60% to the rear axle for dynamic handling characteristics. When the system senses a loss of traction, power distribution changes, with up to 70% of the power sent to the front wheels or up to 85% of the power applied to the rear wheels.
quattro® sport rear differential
The Audi RS 5 features a quattro® sport rear differential as standard equipment. By mechanically shifting torque to the outside rear cornering wheel, the sport differential helps propel the vehicle through curves.

To help enhance directional stability around corners, the torque vectoring system slows the front inside cornering wheel by applying minimal, selective braking pulses.
